How much weight could I lose fasting for 2 weeks?

Im meeting this guy in 2 weeks and I feel so fat.

If I only had juice and water for 2 weeks how much weight could I lose?

You'd probably pass out first. You'll kill your metabolism if you don't eat- you keep it going by eating small meals throughout the day. Plus, juice has so much sugar, the calories will add up fast. Try eating meals of salads with light dressing and veggies. Occasionally add some baked chicken breast on top to get some protein. You'll feel full, take in few calories, and get the vitamins your body needs.

    I watched a show on discovery channel a week or so ago & two women that were a size 14 got down to a zero by diong basically a fasting diet. They drank water with lemon in it (master cleanse diet) I think within the 2 weeks they did it, they lost about 15 lbs! no joke. I would LOVE to do that diet however I cannot refrain from eating… its too delicious! ;-P

    I don't lose much if I drink while fasting, you would do a lot better weight wise if you fasted one day out of every seven, cutting back on your liquids while fasting and eating light to normal on the non-fast days. Your metabolism should stay up and jumping jacks and other exercise should compliment your endeavors. Trying to go without food for two weeks is not very doable, you won't be able to maintain it and only the first day or two of the fasting will result in weight drop.

    If you don't want to starve yourself… if you drain and eat chicken noodle soup, you can eat til you are full and drop about half a pound a day while doing it… no fasting needed.

    Note on the size 14 to size 0 post…. 15 pounds will not drop anyone (other than perhaps an infant) from size 14 to size 0

    Please don't think I'm being rude,but to answer your question honestly,you'd just need to tell us how much you weigh,and that number is your answer.You would lose all that you weigh now,because you wouldn't be here and if you did survive the damage that you would do to your body could be irreversible.No man is worth your long term health.If he doesn't like you for who you are already,then he is not worth your time.
