I am fat, and I need the fastest way to lose weight! (like 2 weeks range)?

Well my daughter is 12 and she is 5'6 feet tall and she weigts 170 pounds. What can help her?

Try jogging and playing sports with your daughter. Don't do it too much though, because too much excersise isn't good. Eat a lot of vegetables and stop eating cookies or cake. Don't eat too much, but try eating a little and little by day, sudden diet might make you gain some more weight.

    do not eat food with starch because that is fat and not sleeping as much as normal may work from what I have seen.Hope this information helps.
