I need to lose weight in 2 weeks without fasting can some body please help me Its URGENT. please help

this works

breakfast - 1 banana
lunch– 1 orange and fish(not fried)

dinner- salad and veg

no snaks and no carbs the weight will drop off in 13 days not 14!

    *Any* extreme weightloss is dangerous. The safe weight loss limit is around 2lbs per week (1000 kcal deficit per day). Anything over that will most probably do more harm than good. However, depending on your current weight, you may be able to lose more if you are heavier.

    Only drink water for 2 weeks.
    Eat nothing with sugar in it.
    Eat only meat(chicken or fish) and vegetables for 2 weeks.

    The nice thing is you can eat and drink as much as you want of the stuff listed above.

    hoodia doesn't work unless you alter your diet, I have some and was not impressed with it, it does not do what they say it does on the commercials, sorry to say but the only way to lose weight and be healthy about it is to eat right and exercise

    Throw up after you eat. -shrugs- Works for me. I mean, it's only temporary because you gain the weight back once you've stopped doing this, but it does work. After you're done, I STRONGLY suggest a change in diet. Making purging a habit is extremely bad for your health, I shouldn't even tell you to do it for a short while- but it is an option.
