URGENT:-How to lose weight in 2 weeks?

well..im going to the beach in exactly 2 weeks
i want to atleast lose 20 lbs or 10 lbs.
PLEASE help me??
you can surely lose weight in 2 weeks but it may harm your body.you can drink lots of water before a meal to reduce appetite,and avoid heavy or junk food.go on fresh veggies and fruits but do stick to i roti per meal else u will have weakness and fatigue. do yoga for these days and bring bliss to your life.do no eat high calories food like samosa,parantha,biryani.matthi etc and gorge on spruted chana,spruted dals,brown wholewheat bread .do some small and good exercises to lose weight…u can try cycling or circuit training which can be achieved by jumping,running and skipping .AND YES BE HAPPY AND HOPE FOR GOOD!

Unless you have a lot of body fat, I doubt you will lose that much in 2 weeks. Start by eating healthier. Make a lifestyle change not a quick and easy bandaid fix then next time you won't have to worry about trying to lose such and such in a certian time period.
A sure fire way to lose it, eat more fruits/veggies and exerciese!

you have to speed up your metabolism by eating every three hours. in the morning drink 8 oz. of grapefruit juice or half a grapefruit. then after three hours eat a light snack. then three hours and lunch which can be a salad or meat but the size of your hand and another grapefruit half. then three hours and another light snack. then three hours and dinner of again the same thing as lunch. and another grapefruit half. then like 10 min before you go to sleep you can eat another grapefruit half or drink another 8 oz. of grapefruit juice.

It is not at all advisable to loose 20 pounds with in two weeks.
You should reduce the weight gradually. I don't know the best rate for you,see an expert for this.
How ever by cutting fat food, sugar, oil and junk foods you could reduce your weight with proper exercises.

you can definitely lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, but it'll take a lot of hard work. it's a crash diet though, so you will be able to lose the weight, but it won't last for long. eat 500 calories only everyday for two weeks and keep yourself full by drinking warm green tea (because it raises your metabolism). add two drops of apple cider vinegar into water and drink that as well to flush out the fat and detoxify. try to at least burn 250 calories everyday. if you follow through, there is no doubt you will lose 10 pounds, and probably even more.
