What is the most weight you have lose in 2 weeks?

What is the most weight you have lose in 2 weeks, and how did you do it? :)
About ten pounds. Usually as you start eating less, probably because of a reduced salt consumption, your body excretes more than the usual amount of water. But at least this encourages you to persist in your attempt to lose weight. After that, if you stay on the diet you can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. This takes being on a 1000 to 1200 calorie a day diet for women and 1500 calories for men. Also, be sure to take a good multivitamin every day. Stick to it, and good luck.

When I first got my braces on, I ate only pudding, mashed potatoes, apple sauce, etc. because chewing hurt my teeth so bad, and I lost 20 pounds in two weeks.

    2.5kg.

Eat smaller portions of whatever you're eating and do not take heavy meals after 6pm. Drink lots of water though.

    All the best!

I lost 11 pounds in one week, but that was from food poisoning - sitting on the toilet with my head in a bucket, because I couldn't control either end!

I lost about 10 pounds. I was eating a lot of junk food and drinking a lot of soda, so I stopped, started drinking water, working out and it was like the weight melted off.

keep your goals real - eat less & work out more. A realistic goal for weight loss is 2-3 lbs per week.

Also note that when someone has a lot of weight to lose (more than 20lbs) they can initially drop a lot more weight per week, but that stops after the first few weeks.

20 lbs… WATER, WATER, and more WATER! Two years ago,I was so sick and had to force myself to eat at dinnertime. The rest of the day, I drank all the water I could take in. I would not advise this because that much weight loss is unhealthy.

I feel ya with binge dieting (if that's your goal, sorry if I'm wrong).

I've lost 15 lbs in two weeks once but that was because I was extremely unhealthy before hand so changing to healthy was very dramatic.

I didn't eat after 6/7 o'clock. I ate very small portions. No sweets ever. Ate very basic plain foods. Drank lots of water. Stayed to a strict exercise.

My secret (it's really bad) is to become depressed with how I look. To make myself feel terribly ugly before I start a new major diet change. It keeps me going the first week when I want to turn back and forget about eating healthy and getting regular exercise.

    Best of luck.
