Any great quick ways to lose weight, I am willing to do almost anything!?

Ok I wont do drugs or pills or that kinda stuff so yeah
For one week cut out all sugar, salt and starches, no choclate, no donuts, no peanuts and only 2 slices of bread a day. Don't worry about butter or olive oil, you can have 2 eggs every other day, lots of veggies and 8 glasses of water. You can eat plain almonds, walnuts, . beef and chicken, no pork. no cheese
If you can do this for 2 days, have a little piece of something you really like and then continues with this diet. Reward yourself after 4 days, but only a little piece. See how much you've lost.
immediatly cut the carbs and try to get down as much water as you can.

Run Andrew Run for at least 20 min every day if you can. that really helped me to lose my extra wieght very quickly 2 lbs a week even when am not on diet but, I already don't eat fried food or sweets.
