Does anyone quick way to lose weight?

i need a quick way to lose weight :D i exercise and eat veggies but the weight wont shift (lol) are there any tips or solutions?

Aside from the obvious diet and excersize, which are never healthy if they're 'quick', I have some more practical suggestions:
Get a haircut,
Go commando,
Wear less make-up and remove all nail polish,
Shave your legs,
And never underestimate the weight of unclipped toenails.

    Any diet fads dont work, and you will gain the weight right back!
    Eat healthy and start making simple choices like..
    …take the stairs..
    …eat your veggies…
    …walk around the block every day…
    …drink 8 glasses of water each day…
    …modivate yourself with quotes, books and positive people…

    seriousely, you need to eat very few, you can try to drink more tea to feel less hungry and eat often, to feel less weak if you do. best way is to eat a little every day then eat nothing for 2-3 days, because you can hold yourself when you eat less better, for a longer period of time. but be careful with your stomach, if you feel pain, stop dieting. if you want to use only sports you can increase the difficulty of your training and time for 3-4 weeks. by this time you'll get the result. but you'll feel very sleepy during this time. I recommend to use the diet anyway, because loosing weight this way is faster, you can see the result (600 g) next day if you eat very little 4-5 times a day. you can add sprorts to do this faster.

    I don't know if its completely healthy, but it works: eat a lot less and avoid snacks and gum. If you eliminate snackfood, candy, soda, and pretty much any non-water beverages from your daily menu, its suprising how big the affect is. And if you want to go even further, try very small breakfasts and lunch, then normal dinners. I suggest NutriGrain Bars for breakfast by the way. They're delicious and have less than 200 calories.

    Loosing weight quickly is never healthy. And would you rather have the scales tell you you lost weight, but look like a drug feind, or change your lifestyle for a healthy one and look good and vibrant before you are skinny yet?

    The only way to loose weight forever AND look good is:

    1. Eat less sugar and less fat. (Less fast-food!!!) The best way to do this is cook your own food. McDonalds for example has only TWO items on their menu without sugar: fries and water! Be careful with sauces, they contain lots of fats and sugars as well (ketchup, mayonaise, salad dressings).

    2. Exercise more, like walking, wrestling with your boyfriend, anything that'll get your heartrate going. At least 30 minutes 3 times a week. Just make sure you have 1 resting day a week, or else your body wont build up strength. Fresh air will increase your health.

    3. Sleep. About 7 1/2 hours.

    Whenever you feel like eating, ask yourself: Is my hunger coming from my stomach (is it empty?) or my tongue (I WANT to eat something)? Alot of the times, when it comes from your tongue, your body is dehydrated and it is looking for water. Drink a glass of water instead! Eat fruits, nuts (!), yogurt, oatmeal (cleanses toxins and colon!) or other lowfat and low sugar snacks. The more natural the better.

    Avoid processed foods as much as you can in general. Before you buy something, check the ingredient list: Is there alot of stuff I dont know what it is? Dont buy it. The longer the list the worse.

    DONT trust so called "diet products"! They contain just as much sugar if not more, but of a different kind, which has no calories. But the body still knows you are eating sugar and produces more insulin, which makes you get hungry sooner. Only drink water, thats the way nature intended it, and everybody knows that who has gotten way to drunk and woke up thirsty the next morning: Nothing is better for you than water!

    Also VERY important: EAT BREAKFAST! Even if you have to force yourself! The more you eat in the morning, the more energy your body going to provide you with for the whole day, which keeps you from crashing and having hunger attacks! Try oatmeal for regularity. Delicious cold with milk and banana slices. Sweeten with honey.

    Also consider eating vegetarian twice or three times a week. Meat can have alot of fat and calories.

    Instead of coffee, brew your own green tea! It is healthy, keeps young and energizes. Just dont let the bag sit in the water for longer than 60 seconds, then it'll be bitter. Put some ice in it, squeeze some lemon juice in it, sweeten with some honey, and voila: a healthy delicious beverage!
