Quick way to lose weight?

I know that losing weight quickly is not really the best option, but I'm in a wedding this July and really want to lose about 20-25lbs before hand. I'm 24 years old , 5'4" and weigh approx 154 lbs. I used to weigh 120 before I had kids. I know that I need to exercise, and eat right, but I'm still having troubles. Help!

you can lose that weight in just a few months. just do some cardio and some light weight lifting to tone your body. try running or bike riding.

    If you do cardio for 60-90 minutes a day for 6 days a week and eat healthy you should lose 20-25lbs in 2-3 months.

    Well if you know that losing weight is not the best option then don't do it. Lose the weight by changing your habits and you can reach your goals and have a strong healthy body after wards.

    Drink a lot of water and that's the only thing you should drink. Also don't starve yourself you just have to watch what you eat and try to cut down on the carbs. Do cardio whenever your free. It doesn't have to be much even just walking around the house is better than sitting down watching television. Also instead of 3 meals a day try 5 but lighter meals it should prevent you from getting the urge to eat junk food.
