quick ways to lose weight healthfully?

i want to lose 5-10 pounds before i leave for a college in a month. i exercise and eat healthy…any extra tips?
eat lotsa veggies and protein it will help you build muscle and look leaner
drink a whole glass of water before eating, put ur fork down between bites, and eat slowly; all of these things will help you get fuller faster
NEVER NEVER NEVER drink diet sodas, it causes cellulite.. EEWWWWW!!!.. and slows down your metabolism , making it harder to exersize, lose weight and gain muscle
lose weight with a friend
drink milk
drink lots of water and juice (100%)
exercise alot!!!! but dont over exert yourself or it will destroy you

swim. elliptical machine. eat lots of fruits and veggies. develop a routine that you would be inclined to continue on in college so that you can be healthy.

It's the bomb for wieght loss.
That's not why you do it but it does make you lose weight.
You have to be committed to eating healthy afterwards or you will gain all the weight back.

eat slower, your body thinks your eating more which causes you to fill up faster causing your stomache to strink! also water!!!!!!!!!! it is sooo good for you! and spend more time outside on less time on the computer, or watching t.v.

You put in how much you are trying to lose, and by when and it will tell you how many calories you would have to eat per day.
