Ways to lose weight fast (in 2 weeks) AND I DONT CARE IF I PUT IT ON AGAIN AFTER!?

I don’t mind if it’s not sutainable just what are the quickest ways to lose weight!
I know its not healthy but this is a one off.
Any quick weight loss diets you could recommend?

There are some vegetables (like cellery and peas) that are hard to disgest so you actually burn more calories eating it then you consume. I know someone who lived off foods like that for a week once to lose weight fast. It worked. Problem is, she lost 10 pounds and gained back 20. Also, only half of the weight she lost was fat, but all of the weight she gained back was fat. Make sure you exercise a lot after these 2 weeks are up so that you gain back muscle and not just fat.

    excersive for aboout 2 hours everyday

    okay this is what i did along time ago

    i skipped breakfast but i ate only like 5 pieces of ceral so my stomach wont growl during lucnh ate half of what i usulaly ate

    i also excercise alot but not slaving like 100 sit ups and 100 jumping jacks or somthing

    if u do do it then still eat dinner as u usally do dont skipp dinner or lower ur dinner rate you dont want to loose energy or ur body to go in survival mode

    just telling u what i did worked lost like 20 pounds

    i dont think it is healthy but i did it im not sure should do it or not
