What's a quick way to lose weight?

I want to lose some weight for a special occasion in 3 weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to do this successfully?

Three weeks is not going to give you enough time to make a substantial change.

For starters here are some suggestions.

1.Go to a gym and start a good exercise regime ASAP. You need both aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (resistance/weight training)

2. Drink 8 glasses of water per day.

3. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and veggies and reduce the fats and sugars.

4. Instead of 3 meals per day, eat 6 smaller meals/snacks, this will help in raising your metabolism.

At best this will help you shed 5 pounds in 3 wks.You need to add some lean muscle to raise your metabolism. Remember that you need both a proper exercise and diet regimen.Stay positive and you will eventually reach and maintain your proper weight.

    Aim for 2-3 pounds a week. Exercise and eat healthy! Make wise choices. If you lose weight too quickly your going to gain it all back plus some. Slow 'n steady wins the race.
