Whats the quickest way to lose weight in a small amount of time?

I'd like to lose several lbs for spring break. any suggestions?

eat less, and try to eat healthy, drink LOTS of WATER….DONT starve yourself….it will only make you look worse……..walk up and down the stret or see if a friend has a treadmill……but dont just lazily walk, actually WALK, and maybe jog some, too…….that's what my aunt is doing…….she's looking a lot better…..and one more thing…….dont look at the scale…it may discourage you. just keep working…..REMEMBER: if you burn more calories than you take in, you WILL lose weight

    Find a book about yeast syndromes and go on an anti-yeast diet. It is so strict, it will drop the weight off of you in 2-4 weeks.

    and run everyday
    keep active

    Ok here's some things to know- when you work out, you get more muscle. MUSCLE WAYS MORE THAN FAT.
    So here's what you do:
    Eat healthy food-you can have a few treats as long as you balance them with good stuff.
    Exercise by walking, running, playing sports you like (soccer, basketball, the list goes on). Whatever you do don't try to go on some calorie diet or something. Those hardly ever work and if they do, it takes more than a week to take affect.
    So after a week of exercise and healthy food, don't step on a scale unless you really want to. As I said before, muscle ways more than fat so it may say you weigh more. But take a look in the mirror, you probably have glowing skin and a nicer body.

    Believe it or not you can loose anywhere from 5-8 pounds from drinking water, why? Water weight. I did it and it works for me (I also workout from 3-4 days a week). But the water works great. If you don't drink the amount of water your body requires, your body will retain (your body will say to it's self "I don't know when more water is coming let's hold onto what we got") Well, at first you will be running for the bathroom every 10 minutes (your body will be flushing out all the old water it's been holding thinking it doesn't need to hold onto it anymore it has a steady income.) but eventually you will not have to go as often.
