How can I lose weight without running?

I am willing to do anything else, except running. I hate it.
I hate running to.. but I have to do it for swim and have developed a tolerance and now do it on my own
for losing weight.. for one make sure your eating healthy.. don't try to starve yourself, you'll mess up your metabolism while keeping fat. get foods from all the food groups! lots of grains, fruits, veggies, and water.
to burn fat, you need cardio exercise. running is included, but there's other ways! do you belong to a gym? if you do, you can do eliptical training, stairmasters, whatever. also, walking is great! playing sports will help too, even if you just want to shoop some hoops around or play a game of soccer..
to tone, do weights. however, you'll only see the muscle results after fat's burned.

The formula for losing weight is not difficult - consume less food and move more often - the problems surface when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are plenty of opportunities to fail in the big wide world don't you think?! Try going to weight watchers. It worked for me and I went from a size 18 to a 10 and never ran one step!
