How much weight will I lose by running 3-5 miles everyday and eating healthy?

I'm 16 and am currently running 3-5 miles everyday, with the exception of Sunday. I am a total health nut and I eat all the right food. I would like to lose some weight. Will this get me there?

This will definitely get you there. You need to make sure you are consuming less calories than you use in a day to lose weight. I'd recommend tracking your running and food intake on a calorie counting site that also tracks your activity (I use fitday.com). Then you can make sure that you are getting the right foods as well as burning off enough calories. The site takes into consideration the amount of calories your body burns each day just to keep functioning (basal rate) and also the amount of calories you burn based on your lifestyle. I definitely recommend it!
