im trying to lose weight, running, lifting, do i take creatine?

im trying to get toned up, bigger arms etc, and lose weight at the same time… is it even possible?? im taking my fair share of supplement's, but im also running 3-5 times aweek and workin out 3-5 times aweek… im currently taking

Hydroxycut hardcore.
omega 3 fish oil
multi-vitamins.
whey protein
l-glutamine
amino aicd pills

i bought creatine, but i havent taken it yet, i was thinking it would counter-affect my hydroxycut hardcore and i woudln't really lose weight.. am i right?

hodroxycut makes you lose wheight but once you stop using it you will gain it back. creatine will make you gain wheight but in muscle not fat as long as you burn of som of the excess fat and calories. the scale gives you a number but that number isnt inportant you should try getting a fat caliper. they sell them on bodybuilding.com.

    The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did….lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
