Sounds great stick to it. Keep in mind that belly fat is very hard for men to lose. It's our gender's trouble area so you may lose weight in other places and yet that stomach fat will drive you crazy. Don't let it discourage you if it seems to take forever.

You're definitely on the right path but what you eat is the other part of it. You can easily sabotage your exercise routine by eating one candy bar.Take a hard look at what you eat. You know how hard 45 minutes of running is and you can probably lose the same number of calories just by not eating junk food. So when you're tempted by that junk food keep in mind that 250 calories is roughly 30 minutes of running.

Well i am on the track team for 3 years and i am 13 years old everyone tells me ohh u lost alot of weight you look skinny even though i run long distances like 5 and 6 miles. I dont see it but i see stretch marks on my thighs just run for a while and u will notice ur self skinny u may weigh more but that's becuz of the muscles. Running doesn't do anything to ur stomach but u cud try push ups or pull ups. Just keep it up ur in the rite track

Hi: Yes, you are on the right path. It has only been three weeks and you already see results. It also seems that you are eating healthy, that is good. Becoming fit and eating right must be a lifestyle choice, even when you reach your desired results. I also bet that you observe other results i.e. sleeping better, having more energy, able to deal with stress better. When you get on the scale you think that you are not losing weight but remember muscle weighs more then fat.

You are on the right path. Make some goals for yourself. There should be some walking/running events in your area. Go check one of them out,I believe that you will like the atmosphere. Most people have one thing in commom, living healthy. Also when there are other people around who are running and having fun it will motivate you even more. You never know your family may get jealous of the results you have obtained and will also want to run.

Believe me, you will see more results as time goes on and your quality of life is much better. Maybe in the future you can incorporate a weight lifting program into your routine. Go down to your local bookstore and do some research on running and fitness.

Being fit is a lifestyle change. You must make it a part of your life, like brusing your teeth. You have done the hardest part, getting out of the door and doing something, the rest is easy. Exercise can become like a drug. The more you do it the more you want to do. You are doing fine. Take care.
